Savory Slow Cooker Beef ‘n Noodles

This Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles is a great cold weather comfort dish.  A savory dairy-free spin on Beef Stroganoff, this recipe is delicious and easy to prepare in the slow cooker.  The house will smell amazing all day, and when dinner time arrives, simply cook up some noodles, scoop up a heaping ladle-ful of beef and veggies, and let the noodles soak in all the yummy flavor.  Enjoy! 

Savory Slow Cooker Beef ‘n Noodles

1 lb Stew Beef
1 can French Onion Soup
1 (15 oz) can Diced Tomatoes
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
1/2 c Celery, sliced
1/2 c Onion, chopped
4-6 oz Mushrooms, fresh and sliced

Sear stew beef in a hot, oiled skillet  for a minute on each side.  Remove meat and place in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients.  Cook on low for 8-10 hours.  If desired, shred meat with fork and return to slow cooker.  Serve over noodles or rice.
